How Does Shipping Work?
Each item is handcrafted in and ships from Italy. Please allow up to 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. Please contact our Concierge for any additional assistance.
For any custom orders or special sizes, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery.
Expedited shipping options are available for some items. Our Concierge team will happily coordinate when available.
Standard shipping is $45.00 on all orders under $750.00. Orders of $750.00 receive complimentary shipping. All customs duties are included in the shipping cost.
Orders received after 3pm EST will be processed the following business day.
Please note we cannot ship to P.O. boxes and all shipments require a signature upon delivery. We currently only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii and Alaska, please contact our Concierge team for shipping to Canada and/or Mexico.
Domestic shipping is handled by UPS, and will adhere to their policies. Should a delivery attempt be unsuccessful, the package will be delivered to a local UPS Access Point for pick up, and held there for 7 days. Please coordinate directly with UPS to make further delivery arrangements. In the event delivery or pick up is not arranged, the shipment will be returned to Marco Gerbella and the order refunded in accordance with company policies.
How Do Returns Work?
All custom and special orders are ineligible for return and are final sale.
Orders eligible for return must be made within 30 days of receipt. Please contact returns@marcogerbella.com for approval and a return shipping label.
Once your returned piece has been received and deemed compliant to our terms and conditions, the refund will be processed. Kindly note the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refund, and all the prior shipping costs are not refundable. You will receive a Credit Note notification email once the refund is processed.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must include the sales receipt, original packaging and tags, and must be in the same condition as when it was received. Please repackage the items and all accessories supplied with the purchase in as close to the original condition received as possible. It is recommended to use the original packaging whenever possible. Please take care to seal the package in the best possible way to avoid accidental opening or easy tampering.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of your return and for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
